Clarifying the development, Mahesh Kakade, head of the SPPU exam department, said: “There has not been a decision to give a question bank to students. He added: "The mock tests will take place three or four days before the scheduled exam and students can take it." While there are about 4,000 courses for which at least 2.5 lakh students will take the exams and preparing for the entire student question bank on such short notice would have been difficult, he said.

SPPU officials added that no question bank will also guarantee that the exam is conducted in its purest form.Although a decision has been made to ensure the seriousness of the exam, students believe that they will find it difficult to prepare for the tests.
